Iowa’s premier conference on community health and rural healthcare has arrived. The Iowa Primary Care Association, Iowa Rural Health Association, Iowa Chronic Care Consortium, and Iowa Association of Rural Health Clinics are excited to announce the 1st annual Iowa Community Health Conference on October 26-27, 2020.

This year’s conference will bring together leaders in community health for a two-day virtual event full inspiration and relevant topics such as health equity, social determinants of health, rural healthcare in Iowa, and much more.
